Once you submit your watch, we’ll be back in touch via email. Give our team about 3-5 business days to do our thing.

We’ll email you pre-insured UPS labels. Box up and drop off your watch at a UPS location and we’ll take care of everything else.

Once we’ve got your watch in hand, our watchmakers will double check the insides and outside to make sure everything’s good to go.

Once our team has processed your watch, we’ll confirm your payment and get it sent out—either by wire transfer, check or PayPal.
