SHIPPING & TRACKING

Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Transit times should be added to that time frame for the total time to receive the shipment. In the event a product requires additional time before shipping out, we will notify you via the email address provided in the order. Please see our Shipping & Orders page for more details

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to the United States, Canada and majority of International countries via DHL. We also ship to most U.S. military addresses. Please contact us with any questions.

I CAN’T FIND THE STRAP TO FIT MY WATCH, DO YOU TAKE SPECIAL ORDERS OR CAN YOU HELP?

Of course! Please contact us with your request (ie. band size, style, fit for a particular watch, color, etc.) and our customer service team will help provide you with options. We have a wide network of manufacturers available so if we do not already offer the product you’re looking for on our site, we may be able to special order exactly what you’re looking for!

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Click here and follow the steps to create an account. You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account will allow you to keep track of your order history as well as save your shipping and billing information for a speedier checkout for future orders. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?

Your order will include any watch band(s) or buckles you ordered. Majority of our straps come with steel tubes as well to assist with strap installation and extend life of your favorite new strap.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel an order as long as the item hasn’t already been shipped. After an item has shipped, we cannot cancel your order. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return the item after you have received it to receive a full refund for the item minus any shipping charges. IS THERE A WARRANTY ON MY ITEM?

All of our products come with a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Normal wear and tear is normal with genuine leather goods, but if our product does not meet your expectations for any reason, please let us know and we will work with you to support exchange.

CAN I CHANGE THE BUCKLE TYPE OR COLOR FROM WHAT’S SHOWN IN THE MAIN PHOTO?

Yes, you can change the buckle type or color finish on most of our watch band products. 

On the product page, you will see a dropdown next to the product image, labeled “Buckle Options”. Each product is different, but the dropdown menu will show you additional buckle choices for that particular product such as goldtone, silvertone, deployant style, etc. Please choose your desired buckle choice BEFORE placing your order.

HOW DO I INSTALL MY WATCH BAND(S)?

IS MY WATCH BAND WATERPROOF?

Check the product page for that particular item. Under the “Details” tab, it will say if that particular band is waterproof. Many of our leather and fabric watch bands are water-resistant. Only a limited few are waterproof

Water resistance means that the band will resist a little bit of water splashed on it and normal sweating, however, it should not be completely submerged in water (i.e. swimming, showering) as it could damage the integrity of the band or cause mold growth. Waterproof bands can be fully submerged in water.  

Metal and rubber  bands are waterproof and we carry some waterproof leather strap options as well. Check out our selection of Men’s Waterproof Leather Straps here.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WATCH BAND(S)?

- Use a jewelry cleaning and polishing cloth regularly to effectively clean metal bands and to clean the buckles on leather, exotic, and nylon straps. Avoid wearing your watch when using abrasive cleaning products or chemicals. 

- Apply beauty products such as perfume, hairspray, or deodorant before putting on your watch as certain chemicals contained in these products may damage the finish of the watch and watch band. 

For Non-Waterproof Watch Bands: always remove them before swimming, bathing, doing household chores, etc. 

General Questions

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHORT, REGULAR, LONG & EXTRA-LONG WATCH BAND SIZES?

This refers to the length of the watch band (not including the buckle or actual watch head). Please check our handy Watch Band Measuring Guide for more information on determining the correct size and length for you. 

Note: Not all watch straps and bands are manufactured in every length. Most metal watch bands are adjustable with removable links or with clasp adjustments, so start with the size closest to your size or larger and you can adjust the band from there.

DO YOU SELL APPLE WATCH STRAPS OR OTHER SMART WATCH STRAPS?

Yes, we do! Our watch straps can be used with the Apple Watch and other smartwatches. If you have questions about whether a particular strap or band from our site will fit a Smart Watch, drop us a note and we’ll gladly help you!

MY ACTUAL WATCH NEEDS REPAIRS. CAN YOU RECOMMEND AN OPTION?

Unfortunately, we do not offer watch repairs. Best to contact the watch manufacturer directly for aftersales support. Please also review manufacturers warranty policy as many new watch brands offer 1-10 year warranties on their movements if purchased through an authorized retailer.

How to Measure Your Watch Band

How do I know what size watch band to buy?

Be sure to measure the lug size (the area where the watchband fits in). As long as your lug size falls within the range of the millimeter size of the lug, it will fit. For example, if the lug is 18mm and the band is 16-22mm it would fit an 18mm lug.

What is the difference between an adjustable end and a fixed end?

An adjustable end is spring-loaded and can compress to fit a range of sizes, a fixed end will only fit a specific millimeter size.

What is the difference between and straight end and a curved end?

A Straight End is a straight bar that would attached to the lug and the Curved End is curved. The main difference is aesthetics and how you would prefer to have the lug space filled.

How do you measure the length of a leather band?

The length of the band is the combination of the two lengths of leather combined.

How do you know if the band will fit your wrist?

Measure your wrist and then subtract the size of your watch face.

How do I measure the lug size?

The lug size is the space where the band meets the watch head and our bands are in millimeter sizing.

Can you do repairs or sizing?

We do not have a repair center. We would recommend contacting your localAuthorized watch dealer.

What size are the leather bands at the buckle?

All of our leather bands, unless otherwise specified, will taper by 2mm at the buckle.

What if I do not want to size the watchband myself?

We would recommend taking your band to your local Jeweler.

Is shopping online with your on-line store secure?

Yes, all data and payment information submitted through our e-Boutique is safely secured by SSL encryption (https). We do not retain your payment information, including credit card numbers or PayPal account details.

Which payment methods are available?

Paypal and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, CUP) may be used for all purchases.

Do you offer same-day delivery service?

No, same-day delivery is not offered at this time. Please refer to our Condition of Sales for more information on delivery options.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, all our orders are shipped beautifully packaged and may include a gift message of your choosing if submitted to us at time of purchase via message or email.
