Each product listing includes the lug width, strap width, and compatible watch models (e.g., "Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5167a, 5167r"). Use the Strap Finder tool on the homepage to match your specific watch model to the correct strap. When in doubt, contact us with your watch model and reference number.

An uncut strap means the strap has not been trimmed to fit a client’s exact write measurements. It gives you the flexibility to cut it to the exact length you need for your wrist ensuring a precise and custom fit.

A tang buckle strap uses a traditional pin-and-hole clasp, similar to a belt — simple and easy to swap. A deployant (or deployment) strap uses a folding clasp that snaps open and closed, providing a more secure fit and reducing wear on the strap. Both options are available for most brands. Tang Straps will never fir on a Deployant Clasp however you can use a Tang buckle on a Deployant Strap.

Yes, Gift of Time Luxury Store ships globally. International orders are shipped via DHL Express or Standard as well as USPS, and delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Orders typically require 1–2 business days of processing before they ship. After that, Standard Shipping takes 4–7 business days and Expedited Shipping takes 2–4 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding US federal holidays.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $125. Expedited shipping is free on orders over $250 (USPS Priority Mail). For orders below these thresholds, Standard Shipping is $7.65 and Expedited (USPS Priority Mail) is $13.35. Express Shipping is available via FedEx for $28 (Standard Overnight or 2-Day Arrival)

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the strap is unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact the store first via message or text — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Pre-Paid return shipping label will be provided to all accepted returns.

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact the store right away so the issue can be resolved (via Text Message or Direct Message). The store will evaluate the problem and make it right.

The store carries OEM and manufacturer-sourced straps, which are produced in limited quantities. Many straps — especially for high-end models like Patek Philippe, IWC or Panerai — sell out quickly and may not be restocked. Checking back regularly or contacting the store directly is the best way to find out about restocks.
